Dessl Maschinenbau GmbH from Stans in Tyrol was founded in 2002 by Andreas Dessl. As an owner-managed company with its own development and production facilities, we have been offering customised, innovative mechanical engineering solutions to customers in the pharmaceutical and food industries since the very beginning.

Customer-orientation

Consultancy and coordinated planning are the key to customer satisfaction. We develop production machines optimised to the customer's needs, from simple conveyor belts to complex systems. All parts and machines are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. The materials are carefully selected for your applications. The selection is made in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards (FDA, etc.), in particular for the pharmaceutical sector and clean room requirements.

Our expert team supports and realises projects in a customer- and target-oriented manner through careful planning and innovative solutions. Customised further education and training courses for our employees enable us to equip our products with the latest technologies. Inspections and monitoring of production processes help to reduce error rates and avoid complaints. This enables us to systematically guarantee a constant and measurable improvement in quality.

Flexibility

Robots and PLC controls are programmed in-house to ensure the best possible flexibility and targeted, customised customer service. We offer everything from the installation and commissioning of our systems to the training of operating personnel - entirely in line with customer requirements.

We also retrofit older, existing systems. We manufacture system and product-specific parts and assemblies so that existing production processes can be adapted and optimised.
