The internationally recognised ISO 9001 certification is a further milestone for Dessl Maschinenbau in order to continue to offer our customers and partners reliable quality and the best service.

It took months of work to set up a quality management system tailored to the company from scratch. Our quality management officer received support from the ewico GmbH team, who were on hand with help and advice.

The qualification audit by the Quality Austria auditors at the beginning of May went off without a hitch and ended with an excellent result.

The certificate we have now received includes standardised work processes and comprehensive documentation of order-related processes. For us as a company and for the customer, traceability and action management for complaints and improvements guarantee a constant and measurable improvement in quality. All in the spirit of ISO 9001.
