The CM-Pro 022 machine is a system for transporting, buffering and packaging tablets

The tablets are supplied to the system in a container.
A co-operative robot, a so-called cobot, removes the tablets from the container chute using a collection tool and fills them into the machine of the subsequent production process, the coater.
Another cobot removes the processed tablets from the tablet breakage separator using a collection tool and fills them into the machine of the following production process, the conditioner.
The next robot again removes the processing tablets from the broken tablet separator using a collection tool and fills them into the machine of the following control process, including sampling and weighing process.
A robot removes the processed, checked and weighed tablets from the tablet breakage separator using a collection tool and fills them into the filling machine.
The filling system fills the tablets into tubular bags and transfers the bags to a conveyor belt.
The conveyor belt transports the pouches through a sluice for palletising by a robot in containers.
