Loading/unloading of cheese mold washing machines

The KFWM 022 is a system for loading and unloading cheese moulds and trolleys for cheese moulds into a cheese mould washing system.

Trolleys loaded with cheese moulds are fed to a robot via a transport section, which feeds the cheese moulds and trolleys to a washing system via an intermediate magazine. After the washing process, another robot removes the washed parts and transfers them to a stacking magazine, where they are stacked on a trolley that has also been washed. Once the trolley is fully loaded, it is moved out to the discharge section and can be removed at the end by the operating personnel.

The machine was designed with the use of aggressive cleaning agents, such as those used in the food industry, in mind and adapted to the customer's existing washing system. Particularly durable materials and components were selected for the construction to ensure reliability and low wear. Safety systems prevent access to the robot area during operation.
