Palletising system for cheese packs

PAL-KP 022 palletising system for cheese packs offers the option of grouping cheese packs fully automatically for pallet stacking and loading the pallets.

Fully automatic separation of the pallets from the pallet magazine and positioning in the robot's working area (if an automatic pallet conveyor system is used, the machine can be fed directly).
Cheese packs are fed to the robot via conveyor belts.
The robot picks up the cheese packs with its gripper tool and places them the pallet according to a defined laying pattern
After each layer, an intermediate layer of cardboard can be placed on the stack by the robot for stabilisation if required.
The number of cheese packs to be palletised or the number of layers can be can be stored as a recipe.

There are two options for pre-grouping the cheese packs:

Option1:
Format can be stacked with the robot's gripper tool
and then placed on the pallet as a stack.

Option2:
A stacking unit is installed upstream of the conveyor belt for the cheese packs.
